Welcome to my little corner of the internet!
Hello! You may call me Churro! I'm a queer Mexican-American artist who loves to yap about guinea pigs, manga, and all sorts of cartoons! I jump between drawing fan art, original characters/story stuff, comics, and commissions. I'm typically hidden in my little hut however don't let that discourage you from reaching out in the following sites:
You may also email me for commission enquiries to [email protected]
How long have you been drawing?
Ever since I was a kid I loved to draw but I discovered digital art in 2011 and have stuck to it ever since!
I use Procreate on my ipad pro (2nd gen)
I tend to use the base brush packs in procreate but also use the following:
Is there any way I can support your work?
Sharing links to my art and commissions is highly appreciated and free! But if you have some spare cash and you wish to support my work you can check out my kofi & Patreon (+18)

Before starting be sure to have all references that may be needed on hand (Lack of ref sheet may require an additional fee). Make sure to specify how much of the characters body you want shown as this will affect the price.

Once that's done the next step is too...
Style availability may vary but once you've chosen all the details just contact me in any of my social media listed in my about page! You may also check out my active qeueu below.
The process- Client must provide all information about the commission (including, but not limited to, a visual or textual [text only comes with an added fee due to extra time that will be spent to design the character/object in work] description, expectations of work, if there is a due date, if the work should remain private and so on.) before any payment is sent. After all details of the work are settled the payment will be sent. After Illustrator receives payment they will provide updates in the work process to ensure maximum satisfaction (Order vary slightly depending on commission type but will mostly go as follows: rough sketch/s > clean up sketch > lineart > color > shading/rendering > final details > complete). Clients are free to contact Illustrator for extra updates but they are not to abuse this. Client should not expect an update every day, artwork completion takes time.Right to Refuse Service- Illustrator has every right to turn down a commission if they see fit. Reason as to why does not have to be disclosed. Please be respectful about it otherwise you might find yourself blacklisted.Payment- Payment must be paid in full prior to starting any work. Exceptions to this rule may be accepted if the cost exceeds 200+ (USD) in which case a split pay method may apply. All transactions will be done through PAYPAL in USD.Cancellations- In the situation of canceling a commission be sure to inform the illustrator as soon as possible. Client does not have to disclose the reason as to the cancellation (this isn’t to discourage giving any feedback if the client feels the service was poor). Getting a refund will depend on how much progress was made on the artwork. Client does not qualify for a refund if the artwork is completed or in the final stage before completion. In canceling the commissions the illustrator keeps all rights to the work. The billing upon cancellation shall be payable within 30 days of the Clients notification to stop work.Revisions- client is encouraged to list all the revisions they want through the process in order for the illustrator to create the best artwork for them; however all the major revisions should be done in the rough sketch and second sketch pass of the work. Asking for any revisions that the Illustrator deems “too drastic” or “too big” after the Client approved the sketch portion of the work will result in an added fee depending on how demanding the revision is. Client is still able to return for small edits after the commission has been deemed complete so long as the working file is still open, but that will also come with a fee depending on the complexity of the edit.Priority and Due Dates- If the client has a due date for the drawing they are to specify it from the start before payment is sent. If Illustrator deems the due date to be in a time crunch, an extra fee will apply to make up for the extra time that will be required to complete the work in a timely manner. In the situation of a client wanting to skip the waitlist a priority fee may be paid if Illustrator is comfortable taking in a new slot at the time of request. This is not guaranteed.Grant of Rights- Upon paying, Client has the right to use the artwork for PERSONAL USE ONLY. This may include things such as: (1) Using as profile picture, (2) posting artwork anywhere online, (3) printing for personal use, etc. (AI training does not qualify whether it be for personal or monetary gain)Illustrator’s Rights to Authorship Credit- Illustrator may use the artwork in Illustrator’s portfolio (including, but not limited to, any website or social media platform that displays Illustrator’s works). If Client does not wish for the artwork they paid for to be public a fee will apply to compensate. Authorship credit in the name or social media handle of the illustrator shall accompany the artwork when it is reproduced. If the finished art is used as a contribution to a magazine, book, or video, authorship credit must be given.Reservation of Rights- Client may not use the illustrator's work for monetary gain of any kind. This includes things such as: (1) passing off artwork as theirs, (2) reselling the artwork, (3) making prints or merchandise of the artwork to sell, (4) distributing as NFTs, (5) Make edits to the artwork, (6) Use to train any AILimitations of liability- Client agrees that Illustrator will not be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages), that arise from illustrator’s performance of this client (including, but not limited to, failure to perform in a timely manner, regardless of whether the failure was intentional or negligent.)Confirmation- By paying for the commission the client is agreeing to all the terms of service listed above.
